Reform Chiropractic Appointment Texts is a text message program for patients who opt in. Messages include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and links to schedule or reschedule a visit.

You may join the program in any of these ways:

• Give your mobile number and consent in person at our front desk

Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of treatment, purchase, or any other service from Reform Chiropractic. Patients who decline receive identical care and may schedule, confirm, reschedule, or cancel by phone or in person at any time.

Message frequency varies with your appointment activity — typically 1–4 messages per appointment.

Message and data rates may apply. Reform Chiropractic does not charge for this program; your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages from that number. Reply START to resubscribe at any time.
